Roy K. McDonald Mr.
McDonald is Chairman/CEO and Portfolio Manager of Gazebo. He has over
twenty-five years experience in a wide range of mathematical modeling,
including developing a factor-analysis based methodology and adapting
traditional risk-hedging alpha-models to risk-tilting models. In addition,
he performed internal ballistics, hydrodynamics (launch simulation), and
external ballistics modeling for the Dolphin sounding rocket, the world's
first privately funded, designed, engineered, manufactured and operated
space launch vehicle. Mr. McDonald is also the founding CEO of Connectix
Corporation, a successful PC software and peripherals company whose assets
were recently sold to Microsoft Corporation, following fifteen years of
profitable operations. Prior to Connectix, Mr. McDonald was corporate CFO
of Optrotech Ltd., a profitable publicly held (NASDAQ) industrial automation
firm based in Nes Ziona, Israel, now a division of Applied Materials. He
also held VP Sales and COO Operations positions at Optrotech's U.S.
subsidiary. Mr. McDonald was cofounder and VP Marketing of the American
Rocket Company, where he also managed the successful static engine and
vehicle launch test programs. He holds an honors degree in Physics from
Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

University and Stanford University, respectively, and an M.B.A. from Harvard
Business School.
Edward E. Jenvey, Ph.D
Architect Dr. Jenvey has a broad theoretical and empirical
background, with more than ten years experience in financial mathematics and
risk analysis. Dr. Jenvey received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Stanford
University and also holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Mathematics
and Physics with highest honors from the University of California at Davis.
His academic work focused on probability and applications of recurrence in
dynamical systems to problems in combinatorics. Dr. Jenvey's publications
include the following:
- Strong Stationarity and De Finetti's Theorem
- Multi-factor Modeling for Pricing of Bond Options in the Heath-Jarrow-Morton Framework
- Degenerate Parabolic Partial Differential Equations and Option Pricing Models
- An Introduction to the Mathematics of Option Pricing Theory
Working in collaboration with Gazebo's CEO, Roy McDonald, Dr. Jenvey
employs modern portfolio theory, state of the art techniques in
computational finance, and advanced techniques in statistical/mathematical
modeling to create efficient portfolios with a “point of view”
— portfolios that have a risk exposure to a particular investor issue
and limited exposure to other market variables.

support systems, and investment and risk analysis. Previously, he worked at
