FREE RETURNS. Please inspect your structure upon arrival and prior to installation—or immediately following professional installation—for any damage or defects. Failure to perform this inspection may result in ineligibility for returns or replacements. Please review your order fully and understand the return policies. Rember that our Amish-Crafted Structures are heavyweight champions of durability and safety—nothing like the lighter structures you’ll find on online discount sites or look-alike copycats.
Eligibility for Returns:
Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, free from damage, and include all original packaging and documentation.
Return Process:
Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Customer Service Team Action: A Customer Service Team Member will reach out for the next steps, which may include an on-site or virtual site inspection to determine the proper action.
Shipping: If returns of product(s) is required, we will provide the shipping method chosen by Customer Service. Shipping costs back to the manufacturer may be covered by the manufacturer, depending upon the Customer Service action.
Inspection: Upon receipt of all products, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets return criteria.
Refunds:
Restocking Fee: A standard 28% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection approval. In place of a refund, a credit may be issued by Customer Service for the full amount of purchase if desired.
Non-Refundable Costs: Because of the varying global shipping industry standards, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom Orders: Customized structures with specific requirements are non-returnable.
Assembled/Installed Items: For safety procedures – Products that have been assembled or installed are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your structure arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or return at no additional cost to you.
Purchases Through Authorized Dealers:
If you purchased your playset through an authorized dealer, please contact the dealer directly to initiate the return process, as their return policies may apply.
Additional Information:
Exchanges: Handled as separate transactions; initiate a return and place a new order.
Return Authorization: All returns require a RAN; unauthorized returns may be refused.
