COUNTRY LANE GAZEBO'S ELITE WARRANTY

This is a Ten Year limited warranty certificate covering your use of the outdoor structure manufactured by Country Lane Gazebos, New Holland, PA. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and only to the original location, unless the product was relocated by a Country Lane Gazebos approved installer. Relocating the covered product by any other party automatically invalidates this warranty.

When used appropriately and maintained properly, Country Lane Gazebos guarantees that this product will remain structurally sound. Normal wear and tear, fading of exterior surfaces, and general aging, which is common of any outdoor product that is exposed to natural elements, is not covered under warranty. As with any building which is located on top of the ground, settling may occur. You also will need to periodically clean, paint caulk and keep vegetation from growing around the edges of the outdoor structure which will cut off ventilation. To be valid, the original invoice must be attached to this guarantee.

Return Policy

FREE RETURNS. AND please inspect your structure upon arrival and prior to installation—or immediately following professional installation—for any damage or defects. Failure to perform this inspection may result in ineligibility for returns or replacements. Please review your order fully and understand the return policies. Rember that our Amish-Crafted Structures are heavyweight champions of durability and safety—nothing like the lighter structures you'll find on online discount sites or look-alike copycats.

Eligibility for Returns:

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, free from damage, and include all original packaging and documentation.

Return Process:

Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Customer Service Team Action: A Customer Service Team Member will reach out for the next steps, which may include an on-site or virtual site inspection to determine the proper action.

Shipping: If returns of product(s) is required, we will provide the shipping method chosen by Customer Service. Shipping costs back to the manufacturer may be covered by the manufacturer, depending upon the Customer Service action.

Inspection: Upon receipt of all products, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets return criteria.

Refunds:

Restocking Fee: A standard 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection approval. In place of a refund, a credit may be issued by Customer Service for the full amount of purchase if desired.

Non-Refundable Costs: Because of the varying global shipping industry standards, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom Orders: Customized structures with specific requirements are non-returnable.

Assembled/Installed Items: For safety procedures - Products that have been assembled or installed are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your structure arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or return at no additional cost to you.

Purchases Through Authorized Dealers:

If you purchased your playset through an authorized dealer, please contact the dealer directly to initiate the return process, as their return policies may apply.

Additional Information:

Exchanges: Handled as separate transactions; initiate a return and place a new order.

Return Authorization: All returns require a RAN; unauthorized returns may be refused.

By offering free return shipping and implementing a restocking fee, we aim to provide a fair return process that balances customer convenience with the costs associated with returns.

SITE PREPARATION: ENSURING A SMOOTH INSTALLATION

Proper site preparation is critical to the successful installation and longevity of your Country Lane Gazebo. Please review the following requirements to ensure your structure is ready for installation:

1. Site Requirements

   • Level and Ready: The installation area must be level, stable, and free of debris.

   • Selected and Approved: The placement of your structure must comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and any required permits.

2. Structural Drawings

   Need detailed plans? We can provide structural drawings to assist with site preparation and proper code permit applications. Contact us for more information.

3. Self-Installation Guidelines

   If you're self-installing your structure, it's vital to follow all guidelines for preparation and assembly. Improper site preparation or installation may void all warranties and/or impact any insurance claims and/or be liable for any damages/injuries.

4. Proper Footers and Foundation

   Proper foundations are required prior to installation:

   • Your structure must be secured to a proper foundation or footers according to your local codes.
   • Consult with a professional to ensure the foundation meets all requirements.
